How Competition Registration Works
A step-by-step guide — especially useful if you're registering one or more children for one or more competitions
💡 For parents with more than one child
Just the one "Register" button. For each child you pick, both their matching Quran Memorization and Speech categories are shown — select whichever one(s) you want in a single pass. Right after a registration completes, "Register another participant" takes you straight to the next child — no need to go back to the Competitions page. Everything ends up together under My Competition Passes.
Step 1
Tap "Register" once
There's just one "Register" button on the Competitions page, covering both Quran Memorization and Speech. If you don't have an account yet, you'll be asked to create one first.
Step 2
Read the rules
Both rule sets (Quran Memorization and Speech) are shown together, once. Read them, tick the checkbox, and continue.
Step 3
Choose who is participating
Register yourself or one child. If you haven't added any children yet, you can add one right on this same screen — no need to go to your profile separately.
Step 4
Pick a grade — category is matched automatically
Registering a child? Select the grade they're currently in. Registering yourself? You'll be asked whether you're a student or a parent/guardian. If a WhatsApp number is still missing, it's collected right here, once.
Step 5
Pick Quran, Speech, or both
The matching category in both competitions (Quran Memorization first, then Speech) is shown for this participant. Tick whichever one(s) you want and tap "Complete Registration" once — each gets its own roll number and QR pass instantly.
Step 6
Register another child?
Right after a successful registration, if you have another child to register, you can continue immediately — no need to go back to the Competitions page. It takes you straight back to "Who's participating?" to pick the next one.
Step 7
All passes in one place
No matter how many children or competitions, everything shows together under My Competition Passes. Download or print each one individually, or use "Print / Download All" to get every pass at once.
Step 8
Changed your mind?
You can withdraw anytime from My Competition Passes. You can re-register for the same competition later if needed — your roll number stays the same.
